1Scope and Acceptance
This User Agreement applies to your registration, login, access to, and use of the Synverta platform and related services.
By creating an account, submitting inquiries, publishing products, sending quotes, or continuing to use the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this agreement.
2Account Registration and Management
You must provide true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information and are responsible for all activities under your account.
You must keep your account, password, verification codes, and other credentials secure and must not rent, lend, transfer, or share your account.
- If you discover abnormal account activity, unauthorized use, or security risks, you should update credentials and notify the platform promptly.
- Enterprise users must ensure that account operators have proper authorization.
- The platform may request additional verification information for security, compliance, or operational needs.
3Enterprise Verification and Authenticity
To protect B2B transaction safety, the platform may require suppliers, buyers, or enterprise accounts to submit verification materials.
- Verification materials must be true, legal, and valid, and must not impersonate another person or company.
- Displayed information such as company name, qualifications, contacts, and product capabilities must match actual circumstances.
- After material changes, you should update information and resubmit necessary review documents in a timely manner.
4Inquiry, Quote, and Transaction Rules
Synverta provides information matching, inquiries, quotations, supplier showcases, and global supply-chain collaboration services. Unless otherwise stated in writing, the platform is not a party to specific transaction contracts.
Buyers and sellers should independently confirm product quality, specifications, prices, lead time, payment, logistics, import/export compliance, and after-sales responsibilities.
- Purchase requirements, quotations, samples, contracts, and invoice information should be true, clear, and traceable.
- You must not disrupt transaction order through false inquiries, false quotations, fake orders, or similar conduct.
- For dangerous goods, controlled chemicals, or special-use products, applicable laws and regulations must be followed.
5User-Submitted Content
You are fully responsible for content submitted, uploaded, published, or sent through the platform.
- Product names, CAS numbers, specifications, inventory, prices, images, and qualification files should be true and lawful.
- You must not infringe others' intellectual property, trade secrets, reputation rights, or other lawful rights.
- You must not publish illegal, fraudulent, misleading, unfair-competition, spam marketing, or service-unrelated information.
- The platform may remove, limit display of, or delete content that is clearly non-compliant, high-risk, or subject to complaints.
6Prohibited Conduct
When using the platform, you must not engage in the following conduct:
- Attack, crack, or interfere with platform systems, or access platform, user, or third-party data without authorization.
- Use crawlers, scripts, or automated tools to bulk scrape, copy, or misuse platform data.
- Circumvent platform rules, risk-control measures, verification processes, or transaction security mechanisms.
- Use the platform for money laundering, bribery, fraud, smuggling, or activities that violate sanctions or export-control requirements.
7Risk Notice and Responsibility
Chemical product transactions may involve risks related to quality, storage, transportation, compliance, customs, exchange rates, and credit. You should conduct due diligence based on your professional judgment.
Disputes arising from user transactions, offline payments, third-party services, or user-submitted content should be resolved by the relevant parties under applicable law; the platform may assist with communication or records within a reasonable scope.
8Violations and Service Restrictions
If you violate this agreement, laws and regulations, or platform rules, the platform may issue reminders, restrict features, remove content, suspend accounts, terminate services, preserve evidence, or report to regulators as appropriate.
If your conduct causes losses to the platform, other users, or third parties, you shall bear corresponding compensation responsibilities.
9Privacy and Data Protection
The platform will collect, use, store, and protect your personal information and enterprise materials in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
You must ensure that you have the right to submit relevant contact, employee, customer, or counterparty information to the platform and have obtained necessary authorization or have a lawful basis.
10Agreement Updates
The platform may update this agreement based on business, technology, legal, or compliance requirements and publish the new version and update date on this page.
If you continue to use the platform after an update, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated agreement.
